We had our Butcher of 35 years retire and wanted to send him off with a beautiful hand crafted memento, we brought a Cleaver and with Bobs expertise we where able to craft up this beautiful wall mount and it has amazing brass and Jarrah finishing touches, we also had our Business logo which our founder Paul created himself added it was a... very touching handover and this piece will hang in his office for All time well done guys.read more

RUDE. I went in to see about some engraving and get a quote. I showed the lady behind the counter a picture of what I was after, she then went out the back to confirm that it could be done and gave me a price for the work. I returned the next day to drop off the item I wanted to be engraved and gave the same picture I had shown the day... before. However, the price this time was double what it was the day before. I tried to tell her that I was given a very different price the day before but she kept cutting me off saying "that's the price".I get that mistakes happen and I was probably misquoted, that's not the reason for the bad review. The bad review is because she kept talking over me and would not acknowledge that she gave me an incorrect quote.read more

DON'T BOTHER! Horrible customer service - I called pleasantly asking if they had an engraver on site (after introducing myself and asking for her name), and they said they did have one but they were flat out.I told them I needed to get a trophy for the weekend, and they condescendingly said, "We are sold out and flat out because... everyone is booking last minute." I proceeded to say that that's fine if they couldn't get it done by the weekend, but asked what my options were. The lady said she didn't know and that it depends on what it is I wanted to get, I quoted the product number as per their website, but she said she didn't have time to "Put it together for tomorrow so they couldn't help me."I reiterated that I didn't need it done by tomorrow, but asked what timeline they could give me, and she kept saying "I don't know." I was also confused by why she said she needed to put it together, because if they had stock (as per their website), why would they need to put it together?So I asked what she meant, and if I just needed to come in, pick the trophy and get it engraved on site, or that they would need to put the trophy together (order it in) and that they didn't have time?The first lady gave up, and said she didn't get what I was asking and was going to pass me on to someone else, even though she was the one confusing me. Immediately, without asking me for my name or introducing herself, the other lady just said, "Yeah we're busy so we can't help you." I had to ask if this was the same lady or different, to which she said, I'm different but I heard the whole conversation and we can't help you.I again repeated myself to say I understood that I didn't need it done by tomorrow (although it was ideal), but asked what my timeline it would be if I placed an order now. To which she repeated that she didn't know. I also asked if I could come in tomorrow, grab a trophy and get it engraved (either at their property or a cobbler could have done the same job), and they said no because it depends what they had in the show room.So I asked to clarify if they were a retail shop with stock or if they were just a show room and had to order 'parts in'. Before I finished asking the question, they interrupted me and said "No we are a retail shop." Rudely, with nothing to add. They also asked how many I needed, and when I said one, they started speaking to me like I wasn't worth their time.They were rude, condescending, and unhelpful. It's basic customer service to offer your customers another option if you are unable to meet their needs. They should fire the two ladies that were on today 10th December, or atleast retrain them, as their website stated that I could order it right now, ENGRAVED, and get it picked up tomorrow. So not sure why they couldn't assist me.Don't bother coming - rude customer service, I'll be taking my business (and future business elsewhere), you should too.read more

I was looking for a motorsport trophy at short notice I ended up calling and Jan was fantastic. Sent me a range of trophies and prices to choose from. The trophy I chose was surprisingly good quality for the price. Very happy with the service.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE / DAMAGED GOODS - Dropped off three Leatherman Knives to be engraved - when I picked them up they were in plastic bags that were full of water from the engraving process which had caused surface rust to the brand new knives. Bob offered to remove it but still charged us full price. Jan got extremely irate when I... went to pick them up and didn't want to believe they had caused the damage even though Bob had seen it with his own eyes. She called me difficult, ripped the bag out of my hand sending the knives flying across the shop and kicked me out. Never in my life have I been treated this way in a shop, especially when the stuff up was theirs to begin with! A bit of a discount and a sorry would of sufficed!read more

I ordered personlised beer glasses online which clearly weren't going to get here on time before our wedding. I rang around with only 3 days to try and get some replacements made so we had something to give the groomsmen on the day. They wiped up exact copies of what I had ordered in two days for us with no extra fee and for less then... half the price I paid for the online ones. Same quality as the ones I bought online. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.read more

I have recently dealt with this company and found them to be both professional and well priced.
